LAYERED. Wellness provides functional food and wellness products through our online store.

Product availability, flavours, packaging, pricing and product offerings may change from time to time. We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue or introduce products, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients and nutritional information displayed on our website and packaging are accurate and up to date.

Nutritional values may vary slightly due to normal variation in ingredients and manufacturing processes. Product information on the website should be read together with the information provided on the product packaging.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information provided on the product packaging before consuming a product.

4. Product Use & Storage

Customers are responsible for following the preparation, storage and usage instructions provided on the product packaging.

Once a product has been delivered to, or collected by, the customer or their nominated recipient, the customer is responsible for storing and handling the product appropriately.

LAYERED. Wellness is not responsible for deterioration, damage or changes to a product resulting from incorrect storage, handling, preparation or use after delivery or collection.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order where an obvious error has occurred, subject to applicable law.

Payment methods available through the website may include PayFast and other payment methods made available from time to time.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by LAYERED. Wellness.

6. Collection & Delivery

Delivery and collection options depend on your location, the product ordered and availability at the time of ordering.

Delivery

LAYERED. Wellness products are delivered through our courier partners to selected areas.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your destination and the delivery method selected.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Collection

Collection may be available from designated collection points, depending on your area and availability.

Available collection points may change as LAYERED. Wellness expands.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and collection information at checkout.

LAYERED. Wellness is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Once a product has been delivered to, or collected by, the customer or their nominated recipient, the customer is responsible for storing the product appropriately, in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the packaging.

7. Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

Refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy is available to customers before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable South African consumer protection law.

All content on the LAYERED. Wellness website, including but not limited to the LAYERED. Wellness name, branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, written content and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to LAYERED. Wellness unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Website Use

Customers agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.

Customers may not use the website to engage in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and operational but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
