These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LAYERED. Wellness website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT LAYERED. WELLNESS

LAYERED. Wellness is a South African wellness food brand offering convenient, protein-focused nourishment.

Our product range includes freshly prepared refrigerated products, such as Overnight Oats and Overnight Weet-Bix tubs, as well as shelf-stable products that may be introduced to the range over time.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, nutritional information, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to natural ingredients, preparation methods and topping quantities.

Nutritional information provided for freshly prepared products is approximate and may vary slightly depending on ingredient brands, measurements and preparation.

Customers should review the ingredient and allergen information provided for each product before placing an order.

3. ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS

Certain LAYERED. Wellness products are available exclusively on a pre-order basis.

For fresh refrigerated products, orders are prepared according to confirmed orders received during the applicable pre-order period.

A minimum order quantity may apply to selected products. The applicable minimum order quantity will be displayed on the relevant product page.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to contact a customer if there is an issue with payment, product availability, collection or delivery arrangements.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

5. FRESH REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS

Overnight Oats and Overnight Weet-Bix tubs are freshly prepared, refrigerated food products.

These products are prepared specifically according to confirmed orders and should be refrigerated promptly after collection or delivery.

Customers are responsible for storing refrigerated products appropriately after receiving them and consuming them within the recommended period communicated with the order.

Due to the perishable nature of these products and the fact that they are prepared specifically to order, they cannot ordinarily be returned because of a change of mind.

6. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

Collection and delivery options depend on the product, location and availability at the time of ordering.

Fresh refrigerated products may be collected from designated collection points or delivered to selected areas.

Collection hubs, partner locations and delivery areas may change as LAYERED. Wellness expands.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and collection information at checkout.

Once a product has been collected by, or delivered to, the customer or their nominated recipient, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is stored appropriately.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before an order is confirmed.

7. SHELF-STABLE PRODUCTS

Certain LAYERED. Wellness products may be shelf-stable and suitable for delivery nationwide.

Shipping availability, delivery methods, applicable fees and estimated delivery times will be communicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

The delivery terms applicable to a product will depend on whether the product is refrigerated/perishable or shelf-stable.

8. ALLERGENS AND FOOD SAFETY

LAYERED. Wellness products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions should carefully review the ingredient and allergen information provided for each product and contact LAYERED. Wellness before ordering if clarification is required.

Products may be prepared in an environment where allergens are present. While reasonable precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged or otherwise compromised product, they should contact LAYERED. Wellness as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

Any request for a refund, replacement or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

10. WEBSITE USE

Customers may use the LAYERED. Wellness website only for lawful purposes.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The LAYERED. Wellness name, logo, branding, photographs, written content, graphics and other material appearing on this website are owned by LAYERED. Wellness or used with permission.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

LAYERED. Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our products, services and business develop.

The most recent version will be made available on this website.
